Obituary for Ava Armstrong

Ava Lavon Armstrong escaped the realms of reality on April 11, 2019 to be with her Lord & Savior along with her stud husband Itasker “Sonny” Armstrong. Her family is at peace knowing she is now able to walk through Middle Earth with her elvish friends, dance with wookies by moonlight, and soar the heavens with faeries. No longer restrained by illness, she can be reunited with her animal friends that passed before her...monkeys, wolves, birds, a pig, and many more... a big zoo, really. However, we do pray that her talk with God doesn’t last too long, she has quite the naughty list, and may need a stern talking too. She is sure to keep the angels of heaven entertained with her humor, tall tales, and ornery side.

Ava is preceded in death by her late husband Itasker “Sonny” Armstrong and 3 ex-husbands (someone should look into that), her mother and father Mary Bradney and Marvin Beleele, and her step-father James “Jim” Bradney. She is survived by her dog Gandy, who is older than dirt. Her children:Tanner & Debra Tomlinson, Travis & Annette Tomlinson, Trudy & Scott Bryan, Tobie & Sara Severns. She was the fun eccentric Grandmother to 12 amazing grandchildren and 15 charming great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her siblings: Yolanda & Tom-Ed Eberhardt, Wynona & Jim Butcher, Dennis & Denise Beleele along with many more loved ones.

All in all, Ava lived everyday to the fullest. She was never afraid to say what she thought, be weird, and have a good laugh. She will be missed terribly but we are grateful for the magical childhood we had because of her. May the light of Earendil’s star guide you.
