Troy was united in marriage to Linda Louise Minney on June 6, 1969 in Fayetteville, Arkansas; the couple have three children, Mike, Tammie, and Angela. Troy was an Oklahoma City Police officer for several years in the Motor Division and then worked as a building contractor.
Troy was a member of the Yale 1st Assembly of God church, where his amazing church family never failed to show him or his family love and support. He enjoyed fishing, taking the grandkids fishing, hunting and was a great cook. Troy was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend who touched many lives.
